Each individual may hold only one active 100cuco account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses, without exception.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 100cuco login credentials. All activity conducted under your credentials is your responsibility unless you have promptly reported a security breach to 100cuco support.
All bonuses and promotions at 100cuco are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal caps. Bonus terms are published in full on the relevant promotion page prior to claiming.
100cuco processes withdrawal requests through the same Malaysian payment channels used for deposits — Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank FPX. KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved.
Fraudulent activity, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated betting software, and any form of system exploitation are strictly prohibited at 100cuco. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 100cuco ("the Company", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the 100cuco website at https://100cuco.net and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, slot games, promotional offers, and account management features (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is primarily designed for use by Malaysian players and is not intended to constitute an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law. 100cuco makes no representation that the services offered are legal in all jurisdictions.
Each individual person is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 100cuco Platform. Individuals found to have registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods, or device identifiers — will have all associated accounts immediately closed and all balances and bonuses forfeited, without prior notice.
The following individuals are not eligible to hold an account on the 100cuco Platform: (a) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 100cuco; (b) individuals who have applied for self-exclusion through 100cuco's Responsible Gaming tools; (c) individuals who have been subject to an account closure by 100cuco for breach of these Terms.
When registering a 100cuco account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 100cuco accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
In accordance with international gaming licensing requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, 100cuco is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification requires the submission of government-issued identification (Malaysian IC or passport) and, where applicable, proof of address. Until KYC verification is completed, withdrawal requests will be held pending.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 100cuco login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account using valid credentials shall be deemed to be your activity. You must notify 100cuco support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
All 100cuco accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and balances are all expressed in MYR. No currency conversion is performed by 100cuco; Players are responsible for any currency exchange costs incurred through their chosen payment provider.
100cuco accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, and Public Bank FPX. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. 100cuco does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with applicable bonus wagering requirements. 100cuco reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the 100cuco account holder.
Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits through the 100cuco Responsible Gaming tools. 100cuco reserves the right to decline deposits or flag unusual deposit patterns for AML review without prior notice.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the 100cuco Platform are subject to specific terms including, but not limited to: minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements (rollover), eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus winnings. Full terms for each promotion are published on the relevant promotion page prior to the Player claiming the offer.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses at 100cuco are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Live casino bets contribute 20% toward the wagering requirement. Slot game bets contribute 100%. Sportsbook bets contribute 100% subject to minimum odds conditions. Specific promotion pages will state the applicable contribution rates where they differ from these defaults.
100cuco reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, exploiting bonus mechanics in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotion structures.
100cuco reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonus balances already credited to Player accounts under the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
All games available on the 100cuco Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface or game provider documentation. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game's specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game's operation.
100cuco's RNG-based games are supplied by licensed game developers whose random number generation systems are independently tested and certified by accredited testing laboratories. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game processes — real cards, real dice, and real roulette wheels — conducted by trained professional dealers in licensed studio environments.
In the event of a technical malfunction or network interruption affecting a live game session, 100cuco's resolution policy applies. Generally, bets placed during a confirmed technical failure will be voided and stakes returned. 100cuco's decision in resolving technical disputes is final and binding.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100cuco, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of data, revenue, or profits; (c) any interruption, delay, or unavailability of the Platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or events beyond 100cuco's reasonable control.
100cuco's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim, subject to a maximum of RM 5,000.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit 100cuco's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
100cuco reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Player has engaged in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; (c) the Player's continued access poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
Upon closure for breach of Terms, any balance in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to the Player's misconduct (for example, voluntary closure or jurisdictional restriction), any remaining balance net of applicable bonus obligations will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.
Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 100cuco support. Voluntary closures are processed within 3 business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the international gaming licensing framework under which 100cuco operates. In the event of a dispute between you and 100cuco arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation in the first instance.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution procedures established by 100cuco's licensing authority. 100cuco's decision on all gaming disputes — including game outcome disputes and bonus-related disputes — shall be final and binding subject to any mandatory regulatory review rights you may have.
100cuco reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request account closure.
The version of the Terms displayed on the Platform at any given time is the current operative version. Previous versions are available upon request from 100cuco support.
